On the afternoon of September 17, 2021, H.E Man Chenda, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Women’s Affairs and Permanent Vice President of the Cambodian Muslim Women Development Association (CIWODA) met with three students who received scholarships through CIWODA. To study in Turkey, as well as students who have applied for scholarships.

She urged young people to study hard to get real skills for themselves, their families and society. She also urged young people to adhere to three measures to prevent and 3 to stay away from Kovid-19.

On this occasion, Lok Chumteav also donated $ 50 per person to each of the three young people.
