Tbong Khmum Province: On the afternoon of November 29, 2020, H.E Man Navy, Member of the National Assembly and Vice President of the Cambodian Muslim Women Development Association (CIWODA), H.E Rofy Osman, Member of the National Assembly, accompanied by H.E Man Chenda, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Women’s Affairs and As the Vice President of CIWODA, he handed over 17 water wells to the people in Chheu Teal Touch village, Peam Chiling commune, Tbong Khmum city, Tbong Khmum province.

These wells are sponsored by the BORDERLESS CARE Association of Malaysia through the Cambodian Muslim Women Development Association (CIWODA).
